Friendsgiving
This wasn't your average celebratory Thanksgiving feast, it was an opportunity to bond with members of the Kiwanis Family ranging from Key Club to Kiwanis from all around the Texas-Oklahoma District. The only requirements we had for this event were join the potluck feast, donate $5 for the Unify to Purify (The T-O CKI Governor's Project for 2016-2017), and to just enjoy each other's company. We had an amazing turnout of food such as green bean casserole, chicken, cornbread, and although it was a team effort, we have to give our thanks to Katie Shier(current president) for manning the struggling kitchen! There was also a scavenger hunt made by Ethan Brown(current vice-president) that sent our members and our visiting family around the campus.
